Perform the following steps to place the 'Where or When' icon on your desktop.

1. Put your mouse cursor on a part of your Desktop where there is no icon.
2. Press the right mouse button.
3. Click on ' New ' with your left mouse button.
4. Click on ' Shortcut ' with your left mouse button.
5. Type ' c:\xampp\startwowall.exe ' in the text box and click on ' next ' with your left mouse button.
6. Type ' Where Or When 3.6' in the text box and click on ' finish ' with your left mouse button.
